ROTTR still have traditional alpha-texture hair mesh option but SOTTR is lacking that option, from what I read. I'm not that skilled enough to try porting it to HS and solve any problem in process, not yet. It has huge number of polygons and its own way to deal with textures.
So you see, both ROTTR and SOTTR use this technology they called "PureHair" for character's hair. Results may vary depending on your HS setup.ģ.
